The Vatti Co., Ltd. 7MWp Rooftop Distributed Solar Power Project is a landmark initiative in industrial renewable energy adoption. Optimized Rooftop Utilization for Maximum Solar Efficiency
Prior to installation, our solar engineering team conducted a comprehensive site assessment to evaluate the structural integrity and suitability of the factory rooftops. The facility comprises 11,000m² of standing seam metal roofing and 46,000m² of concrete roofing, totaling 57,000m². The structurally robust buildings provided an ideal foundation for solar system integration, optimizing energy generation without compromising architectural stability.
The project spans six factory rooftops, featuring a 6.617MWp grid-connected distributed solar system. This installation delivers substantial economic and environmental benefits, including:
★ Annual Electricity Cost Savings: Over ¥2 million, reducing operational expenses.
★ Coal Consumption Reduction: 1,987 tons per year, minimizing fossil fuel reliance.
★ Carbon Emissions Reduction: 5,166.2 tons of CO₂ annually, advancing carbon neutrality goals.
Integrated Smart EV Charging for Sustainable Mobility
In addition to renewable energy generation, the project incorporates 23 state-of-the-art EV charging stations with an intelligent charging control and parking management system. This dual-purpose solar infrastructure supports both clean energy production and sustainable transportation, further enhancing Vatti’s commitment to green innovation.
