The project owner is Canon (Zhongshan) Office Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. As a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in office equipment, the company actively responds to the national "dual carbon" goals by installing a rooftop photovoltaic system to achieve an energy transition. As the EPC general contractor for this photovoltaic project, we conducted a professional assessment during the initial construction phase, confirming that the property is in good condition with a solid building structure, making it suitable for the rooftop PV system installation.
This project is the largest rooftop distributed photovoltaic project in Zhongshan. The project plans to use 20,850pcs 550Wp monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, which will be arranged on 7 factory roofs including Canon's R&D building, internal workshop, and packaging workshop, with a total area of about 83,165 square meters, and the roof area is about 80,000 square meters. The installed capacity is 11,467.5kWp.
