A factory rooftop PV system is the smartest way to optimize unused roof space, transforming it into a profitable green energy hub. Beyond stable revenue generation, it offers added insulation, reducing indoor temperatures in summer and cutting air conditioning costs. Additionally, the reinforced solar mounting system enhances the building’s wind and seismic resistance, making it an all-in-one solution for energy savings, structural durability, and operational efficiency.
The Vatti 7MWp Rooftop Solar Project delivers significant advantages, enhancing both economic efficiency and environmental sustainability. By utilizing 57,000m² of factory rooftop space, the system generates clean, renewable energy, substantially reducing dependence on the grid and lowering operational costs—saving Vatti over ¥2 million annually. Additionally, the project helps cut 1,987 tons of standard coal consumption and reduces 5,166.2 tons of CO₂ emissions each year, aligning with national carbon reduction targets. Integrated with 23 EV charging stations, the system also supports sustainable transportation within the facility. This project exemplifies how industrial enterprises can achieve energy independence, cost savings, and environmental responsibility through cutting-edge solar technology.
By fully utilizing its 12,500m² production facility in Baiyun District, Green Cross has deployed a 0.7MWp distributed solar power system, setting a benchmark for PV applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
